By using this website or booking Offsides Coffee Co. for an event, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only after a deposit or full payment is received, as agreed at time of booking.

Service area: We currently serve Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, and Cutler Bay, FL. Requests outside this area may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may include additional travel fees.

Cancellations: Please see our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

Liability: Offsides Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (weather, venue access, etc.).
